XOVA

Our Story:

XOVA was founded by Jorge Guillen, a U.S. Air Force veteran who proudly served as a 2W0X1 Munitions Systems Specialist. During his service, Mr. Guillen witnessed firsthand how inefficiencies and logistical bottlenecks pulled skilled Airmen away from the mission they were trained to carry out.

One of the clearest examples was inventory management. New Airmen often spent two to four hours just extracting, formatting, and printing inventory sheets before heading into one of more than 100 facilities. Mr. Guillen developed an automation that pulled data from seven different systems and produced the same report in a single minute. That breakthrough saved over 1.2 million man-hours each year and returned more than $33 million to the Air Force budget annually.

Today, XOVA carries that same spirit of service forward by supporting people and organizations across every industry. We focus on those doing the work on the ground, giving them the tools and time to excel, which strengthens the entire organization from the ground up.

The Four Pillars That Guide Us:

Innovation
True innovation isn’t about forcing people onto the newest, flashiest systems. Legacy infrastructure is often impossible to abandon without risking data loss, retraining setbacks, and high costs. XOVA builds technology that respects what organizations already use, delivering progress without disruption.

Predictability
Leaders cannot afford guesswork. We need consistent, reliable outcomes that can be trusted to guide critical decisions. XOVA creates systems that provide clear, measurable results every time, giving leaders confidence to plan for the future.

Continuity
In both government and enterprise, people rotate in and out every two to four years. Knowledge slips away, and teams are left trying to catch up. XOVA ensures continuity by preserving institutional knowledge, keeping systems steady, and breaking the cycle of starting over.

Accuracy
Stress, fatigue, and repetitive tasks lead to human error. Those errors drain resources and weaken missions. XOVA removes that burden by automating routine work, keeping people focused on the duties they were hired to perform.
